Logitech revue keyboard problem

    Logitech revue keyboard problem

    For some reason today my keyboard / remote started dropping letters and other buttons were not working, e.g. ESC and UP on the directional pad. I have tried to soft-reboot hard-reboot and change the batteries in the keyboard / remote. Also, I have the standard full size keyboard remote. Any advice would be welcome!!

    try a hard reboot . and do you see light come the stb leting you know it got the key when its not working . and did you email logitech or call

    Tried a number of hard reboots and the light DOES NOT come on the STB when I type the bad keys. Tried a full restore to factory conditions and now I am stuck because I can't login into gAccount. Calling logitech today!

    I agree...logitech is "on it"..2-3 days they said because the first level of help didn't have a solution. Also, I am a idiot because my droid does have a PHYSICAL keyboard which I used to set it all back up again and now at least can use my phone as a "full" remote. Kinda cool that at least the google remote app works so well.
