- How can I turn on/off Subtitles?

- is there an official word I cannot find on the Android Market being installed?

- am I alone in feeling it should be able to see shared drives without setting up a DLNA server? (I am not sure what the advantages of a DLNA server really are but will be googling about it today)

I know I got a deal at $50 for this device but WOW I didn't know it had such limitations. Don't get me wrong the basic search of the web, youtube and Netflix works ok but no better or worst than any of the other boxes I have around.

A lot of people find this bothersome. However, I believe Google has their own reasons for not supporting the SMB client service for Windows File and Directory Sharing on Google TV. Though, I cannot explain why neither Logitech or Sony has decided not to support SMB protocol for their media players as well. Maybe it is because Google didn't?

The beta HC leaks have market enabled which facilitates LAN browsing and streaming directly from network drives. Its been a long time coming, but hopefully the official release won't be too far away...
