Sony GTV 32" - Power outage during a software update

Folks,

Today during a software update we had a power outage, since then, my TV just shows the initial Sony logo and it turns off itself.

I was wondering if there is any way to go back to the last functional software. Anyone has any idea on how to fix it ?

Request Sony service is not an option, since I live on Brazil and here this TV is not available yet, so no support. Ship to US is very expensive.

Hey allyson.brito, if that doesn't work try this, unplug your Sony GTV>hold down the power button>plug in the GTV and keep holding the power button for 3 sec, then let go the GTV will power on into recovery mode. From here you might find a fix.

Using that procedure, then , option 2, i was able to restore my GTV.
