The Netflix No Sound Problem

    Our NSX40GT1 is having constant problems with sound. The problem is intermittent, where 9 out of 10 times there is NO SOUND. We have contacted both Netflix and Sony and their only solution was to re-instantiate the OS. That did not work. I am posting this here because this doesn't seem to be just us...

    I am feeling sorta bad, because I also recommended and "sold" two other households on a Google TV and they've also been having this issue since the recent Android OS update (the update to the HTML5 app). Strangely enough, the TV now has two versions of the Netflix application listed in the Applications list.

    I hope that this issue gets resolved in the next update. A TV should just work, just like a car or a phone...

    I'm having the same problem. The Netflix app with play audio. It's worked before??
